Following your free beginner session, you must complete our On Ramp sessions. These sessions will prepare you to join our regular classes. You will learn all of our foundational movements with a huge focus on safety, technique, scaling and progression of movements. These sessions provide the opportunity to develop a better understanding of your body awareness, your strengths and limitations. They are a great time to familiarize yourself with the environment and for us to get to know you.
What does that mean? At Charge CrossFit’s 700 Square Metre Indoor/Outdoor state of the art gym in Northcote you won’t find rows of stationary bikes and weight machines. Within our gym you’ll find dedicated athletes of all levels practicing on pull-up bars, Kettlebells, barbells and ropes. You’ll find people, running, jumping, climbing, lifting and throwing.
Everyday we create a workout based on this idea and it is scalable to your fitness. We’re aiming to improve your capacity in ten recognised fitness domains; cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. The result is comprehensive physical fitness and restored vitality.
We give you real life advice based on our own experience, and information from an ever expanding list of resources. In addition you will also have access to Charge CrossFit’s very own ‘Paleo Mum’, and her extensive knowledge on all things delicious in Clean eating!
As we are based in Northcote we are located not far from the Melbourne CBD! If you live near Northcote, Thornbury, Westgarth, Brunswick, Fairfield, Preston, Coburg, Reservoir, Clifton Hill, Heidelberg – or any where in the Northern suburbs or in the near vicinity – come and try us out!
Membership: Memberships are month by month allowing you unlimited classes in that month. Each month is paid in advance via Ezidebit Direct Debit. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Suspensions: Payment can be suspended for periods of no less than 2 weeks. We require written notice of at least 2 weeks prior to the affected monthly payment.
Cancellations: We require written notice of at least 2 weeks prior to the affected monthly payment.
