The new cycle has officially begun! It starts with a general ramp up and 2 week acclimatization, then the percentage work will begin.

Strength/Skill:
Bench Press 4 x 3 w/ 1 sec pause at chest each rep.

Conditioning:

20 Deadlifts 60/40
20 Hang Power Cleans
20 Deadlifts
20 STOH
20 Deadlifts
20 Front Squats

Engine Club:

400m Row

Important info:
-This Friday due to the Public Holiday we are closed.

-But! This Saturday we are open as per normal Saturday Timetable. It is also AFL Grand Final Day! Come along to Charge in your footy shorts and AFL team colours! Wear them with pride! There will be an awesome team WOD as a reward 🙂
