Terms and Conditions *

As per my membership agreement I understand and agree to the following:

A minimum of 14 days notice must be given prior to the Hold Start Date.
The minimum hold period is 2 weeks.
I am able to place my membership on hold twice per calendar year.
Upon your return and after Hold End Date above, your account will automatically become active and payments shall resume.
Your payment schedule will change to account for your time away and any membership you have paid for in advance and not used yet - eg. This hold will extend the date of the end of your contract.
A $5 per week, but no more than $20 in total, Membership Hold Fee will be charged to my account.
If you choose to cancel your membership during the hold period, 30 days cancellation notice is required via our online Cancellation Form. If you choose to reactivate your membership after it is cancelled, membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable (membership rates are subject to change).
