CrossFit is a precise combination of exercise and nutrition that has been proven to increase fitness and health for people of all ages and abilities. CrossFit is not a specialised fitness program but a deliberate attempt to optimise physical competence in each of 10 fitness domains: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. No, it is our job to get you fit! Everyone can do CrossFit, regardless of fitness level. Our program can be modified for each member to help them become fitter and healthier. Grandparents and Olympians—and everyone in between—can perform modified versions of the same workout.

You can get injured and sick by sitting on the couch! CrossFit is completely safe and can help you improve your overall wellness and fitness. Our coaches guide you every step of the way and are there to answer any concerns you may have. Our coaches are certified to teach you the CrossFit methodology and provide specific instruction and cues to keep you moving safe and efficiently.

If you’re new to CrossFit we feel it’s important start with a series of One on One sessions, we call our Enlightenment Program. In these sessions we can discuss any individual needs, teach you foundational movements and how to scale appropriately.

On average most of our members come 3-5 times per week. Sometimes more sometimes less. Start with what you can achieve and add to to it once you become addicted!
