Run the Beaver
120 Shoulder to Overhead 60/40
Run the Beaver
160 BLOB (one rep per person at a time)
Run the Beaver
200 Back Squats 60/40
Run the Beaver 

*** Rules ***
-The bar can not be lifted until all team members are present in the room after each run.
-If the bar touches the ground before the reps are completed the team must perform 10 synchro burpees each – before continuing.
