If you’re new to CrossFit, book & complete our Enlightenment Program of 3 x 1 hour Personal Training sessions designed to teach you technique, help us get to know you and how you move. We will introduce you to CrossFit’s Foundational Movements and address any individual needs. It’s also a great way for you to get to know us and what we’re all about before committing to a membership! Experienced CrossFitters – Book (on our phone call) & attend your initial Charge CrossFit session.
