Our 1 hour CrossFit sessions are led by two of our certified CrossFit Coaches and follow our programmed Workout of the Day – (aka WOD). The WOD, exercises and scaling are carefully explained and demonstrated by our coaches. Individual coaching is provided throughout the entire session to ensure you’re working in a safe and effective manner and to support improvement in all areas of your fitness. We pride ourselves on the quality and consistency of our group sessions. You can expect an appropriate challenge regardless of how new or fit you currently are.
