Bodyweight movement and mastery is a major component of CrossFit. Our Gymnastics sessions are dedicated to the art of increasing your strength, mobility, body awareness and works on all aspects of bodyweight training. From working towards and improving Muscle-ups and Pull-ups, Toe to Bars, Handstands, Pistols, Coordination, Balance, Mobility and MANY more aspects. It’s a SUPER fun* 90 minutes! *Fun = Great vibes, super rewarding, sweat inducing and challenging.
