90 Shoulder to Overhead
80 Front Rack Lunges
60 Hang Power Cleans

Rules: If the bar touches the ground – 10 sync burpees on the spot fine. Human Racks are allowed, squat racks are not.

*Run the Beaver as a team with Barbell and weight plates.
